物资管理系统
摘要 物资，人才和资金并称为企业的三大资源。控制物资是每个企业都需要做好的事情。物资流动主要包括采购、仓库和销售三个环节。传统的仓库管理使用各类报表来记录数据，最后需要盘店或统计时十分耗费时间和人力。采用物资管理系统对物资的出入情况进行管理，可以很方便地完成各类统计，为生产销售人员及时提供相关信息。建立一套物资管理信息系统对于如何有效的把本单位生产所需的生产资料及时、保质保量的供应上去，有着重要的意义。从微观上讲，建立一套物资管理信息系统能够加快物资的周转速度，提高生产效率，从而加强了管理的信息化手段，提高了本单位的经济效益。从宏观上讲，顺应了社会的信息化、社会化潮流，缩短了整个社会化大生产的周期。本系统主要用于企业中物资流的管理和调度。分成4个模块，分别为：购货管理、库存管理、销售管理、系统维护。使用本系统可以很方便的管理企业的物资流动，清楚企业的物资信息。

Title Supplies Management System
Abstract Supplies, the talented person combines with the funds is called the three greatest resourceses in the business enterprise. To control supplies is each enterprise need to do well. The supplies flows primarily include three links like purchase, warehouse and sell. The traditional warehouse management uses various report form to record data,but consuming a lot of time and manpower when stocktaking or statisticsing at end. Adopting supplies management system to manage discrepancy circumstance of the supplies, can convenience to complete various stocking, providing sell's and procreative person the related information on time.Establishes how a set of supplieses management information system is to guarantee both quality and quantity the production that this unit need when producing data validly on time, of the supply goes up, having got the important meaning.
