ERP的作用
摘要 ERP是一种经过实践证明的先进的现代企业管理模式，它是指在先进企业管理基础上，利用计算机技术实现对企业资源的综合管理。它把企业的财、物、产、供、销等制造资源要素进行明确、结构合理、可实现的配置，以使之充分发挥效能，达到减耗、节支、增产的目的，从而取得最佳经济效益，ERP项目是企业管理系统工程，企业应用ERP是为了优化企业业务流程、提高企业综合管理水平、提高企业市场应变能力、降低企业交易成本，从而使企业在激烈的市场竞争中赢得优势，企业应用ERP必须以效益驱动为原则。本文通过对江苏四达集团的管理现状的调研，对公司ERP软件工程的实施提出了行之有效的方案，并根据实施过程中遇到的实际问题，结合公司的实际情况进行讨论分析并制定解决方案，使ERP的实施得以顺利进行。通过实施效果的比较，证明了ERP实施的可行性和有效性。

Title The Effects Of ERP Abstract ERP is an advanced and modern corporation- managing mode, which has been proved by practice. It is based on the advanced corporation management, uses computer technology to take the integrative management of the enterprise’s resources. ERP collocates definitely, logically and realizable with the corporation’s producing resource elements such as finance, material, product, supply, sell etc. so as to exert the fully efforts and get the purpose of reducing both the consumption and the cost, increasing the productions at the same time. At last have the most financial benefit. The project of ERP is a systemic engineering of corporation management. The reason why enterprise applies the ERP is that it may optimize the operation flow of the enterprise, advance the level of general management, enhance the ability of disposal and reduce the cost of trade. The corporation, which uses the RRP project, will surely win the advantage in the fierce market competitions.
