摘要 串行存储器因其接口简单，存储的数据可在断电下保持等特点，广泛的应用在家用电器、计算机板卡、网络设备、移动通信、汽车防盗技术等领域。本设计是利用PC机并口实现串行存储器的读与写——软硬件接口设计，要想成为一个软件开发人员，对硬件接口技术有一定的掌握会对软件开发很有有用。随着现代化、信息化的发展，各种各样的信息量成爆炸式的增长。小到个人，大到公司、科研机构、政府行政部门都需要存储许多对自己有用的信息，存储器是当前最有用最流行的存储体。21世纪是信息化的时代， 要想实现中国的现代化，全国人民奔小康，改善人民周边的生活，让家用电器、汽车等变得智能化、人性化，计算机存储器技术大有用武之地。该软件是以Visual Basic编程语言为实现语言，要求熟悉汇编及VB/VC等编程，要了解计算机软硬件方面的知识，尤其是计算机接口方面的技术与编程。其功能在系统内部有原代码直接实现。通过功能说明，使用者可以了解本软件的基本工作原理。使用者只要输入一些简单的数字，字母，即可达到自己的目标。
