基于JSP的因特网信息计费管理系统
摘要 随着Internet在国内的迅速发展，越来越多的单位、个人接入了Internet。如何有效地使用网络信息，统计用户上网的信息流量和上网时间并且及时反馈给用户，成为人们最为关心的问题。本系统能通过代理服务器的日志，来实现统计用户上网信息、网上查询、访问监督、计费管理和时间监控等诸多功能。目前主要有以下几种计费方式：基于路由器的流量计费方式，基于snoop的流量计费，基于proxy的流量计费，基于邮件日志的邮件计费，拨入计费等。本系统使用基于proxy的流量计费。本系统是用JSP开发的。由于JSP支持Java平台的完全访问，所以它可以不断地从所有其他标准Java APIS中获得优势，包括那些跨平台的数据库访问、目录服务、分布式计算和加密。这种对数据资源、系统资源和网络服务强大的驾御能力使得JSP能更灵活地开发Web应用。

Abstract With the development of the Internet in China，More and more units and person joined in the internet. How to use the information in the internet effectively, get the statistics of the rate of flow information and the time on network and feedback these information to the users immediately, has been the problem most cared for by people. This system can, achieve counting the information in internet that the users used, query on the net, monitor accessing, count fees management and so on through the logs in the proxy server.There are mainly the following kinds of count fee means: the rate of flow counts fee means based on Routers, the rate of flow counts fee means based on Snoop, the rate o f flow counts fee means based on Proxy, the rate of flow counts fee means based on log mail, the rate of flow counts fee means based on Pokes and so on. This system we chose the rate of flow counts fee means based on Proxy.This system is developed with JSP.
