摘 要 “固定资产管理系统”遵循面向对象软件开发思想,按照软件工程的流程,基于C/S架构开发完成。选用Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0作为前台开发工具,SQL Server 2000作为后台数据库系统。前台开发主要使用了MFC(Microsoft Foundation Class)类库,MFC封装了Windows API,提供了一组内容全面的类,几乎完整的包括了所有的控件。后台数据库系统,使用了SQL Server 2000的数据库创建表、视图、存储过程、等工具。 该系统适用于固定资产存量相对较低,固定资产管理工作相对简单的中小型企事业单位,其完全符合企业对固定资产的管理流程,基本实现了固定资产的一般管理要求,使固定资产管理形成科学的、有机的管理体系,实现资产利用率的最大化,降低成本,节约开支,实物管理和价值管理相结合,极大的提高了企业的管理效率。该系统主要包括系统管理、基本资料设置、资产管理、资产查询、和系统帮助五大模块,涵盖了工作流程中对资产增、删、改、查以及备份恢复等基本管理功能。软件界面友好,操作方便,实用性强,另外,具有较高的扩展性和可维护性,可能在以后需要的时候进行软件升级。

Background stage DBS, use the functions of the SQL SERVER 2000 such as db table, view, storage progress etc. The system is applicable to the medium and small scaled enterprise whose account of the fixed assets is low, and progress is simple. It absolutely matches the progress of the management of the fixed assets.
