文化差异对企业经营管理的影响 Abstract At present, there are a lot of Sino-Foreign Joint-Ventures in China, who are on the way of growth and development with their good management and achievement. There are also many corporations built on foreign countries. Trans-national operation and management means developing business affairs under intercultural environment. So the trans-national business is greatly affected by all kinds of local cultural factors which include language and characters, customs, ways of thinking, values, legal provisions, religions and beliefs, and so on. The enterprise groups must take these factors into consideration when carrying out international business affairs. Trans-national corporations' managers should have an accurate cognition of cultural standard of a strange land so that they can choose to conform to the local culture or transform the local culture. Key words: cultural standard of a strange land cultural factors trans-national operation 摘要 当前,有很多国外公司开设在中国,他们通过有效的管理正在很好的发展。当然,中国在国外也开设了很多公司。跨国经营必然在跨文化的环境下进行,因而国际商务活动很大程度上受到当地各种文化因素的制约,这些文化因素包括语言文字、地方习俗、思维方式、法律观念、宗教信仰等。进行跨国商务活动时事先都必须把这些因素考虑在内。这就要求跨国经营管理人员首先要熟悉异域文化准则,对异域文化有一个准确的认知,然后针对不同的文化因素采取适应或变革的不同的策略。 关键字:异域文化准则 文化因素 跨国经营 无忧论文 【http://www.uklunwen.com】 |
