摘要
《外资企业与国有企业竞争优势比较分析》一文在企业理论和跨国公司理论的基础上，主要讨论了产权问题、代理问题以及外资企业和国有企业彼此的竞争优势。并从比较和分析中， 我们可以得到如下结论：
1） 跨国公司拥有许多竞争优势，而国有企业几乎没有什么竞争优势；
2） 特别是跨国公司在产权、资金、知识、技术、营销、管理等方面拥有国有企业所不拥有
的垄断优势；
3） 通过逐步取消中央计划经济建立市场经济和进行国有企业改革势在必行；
4） 中国的国有企业改革一定会成功并拥有辉煌的明天。
abstract
The Comparison of Foreign-Funded Enterprises and State-Owned Enterprises on Their
Competitive Advantage is based on firm theories and transnational corporations theories, and we
mainly discuss the property problem, agent problem and the TNCs and state-owned firms'
competitive advantages. From the comparison and analysis, we can draw the following
conclusions:
1) The TNCs have many competitive advantages, while the state-owned firms have few ones;
2) Especially, the TNCs gain the monopoly advantages over the state-owned firms in property right,
capital, marketing, management and so on;
3) It is urgent to reform the state-owned firms and establish market economy by getting rid of
central planning economy step by step.
4) China will succeed and have brilliant future in reforming the state-owned firms.
