摘要 从二十世纪九十年代中期开始,中国经济发展的态势发生了一个突出的变化,即整个国民经济的国际化程度大大提高了。随着对外开放的不断扩大,我国现代企业面临国内与国际两大市场的激烈竞争,竞争的主体日趋多元化,竞争的焦点在不断地变化。而目前我国现代化企业竞争力相对薄弱,有相当数量的企业亏损。在这种态势下,准确地界定企业的竞争能力,分析其现状及发展态势,并构建切实可行的企业竞争力评价指标体系和评价结束综合评价企业竞争力,势必推行。该文正是基于此目的而展开的。 以市场为导向的持续技术创新能力构成了民营高科技企业的核心竞争力,这种创新的动力同时来自研发模式自身创新和与之相配套的企业管理机制和创新机制。本文从技术研发模式创新、知识产权管理模式创新和企业产权管理模式创新等方面,探讨了民营高科技企业加强核心竞争力的途径。基于这种目标,笔者提出了面向国际市场现代民营高科技企业如何实现能力竞争力升级的策略。

Abstract Since the middle of l990's, economic development of situation in China is going through an evident change, that is, the internationalization degree of the Whole national economy is greatly enlarging. Along with reform opening deepening constantly, Chinese modern enterprises are suffering sharp competition in home market and international market. Main body of market competition increasingly becomes diverse; and central issue of market competition is continuously changing. At present, however, generally Chinese modern enterprises are greatly short of competitive capacity and A considerable amount of them are getting into loss. In this situation, we should exactly grasp the conception of competitive capacity of modern enterprise, analyze the present situation and development trend of it, and systematically evaluate competitive capacity of modern el1terPrise by means of establishing suitable system of evaluation index and methods of evaluation.
