摘    要
机械制造业在我国蓬勃发展。机遇与调整并存，在高速发展的同时也面临着巨大的竞争压力。排除其他干扰因素。对成本的控制成为企业能否在激烈的竞争中生存发展的重要条件，而企业的成本控制很大程度上决定于供应商的选择。因此本文基于如此的背景对我国机械制造行业供应链下的供应商选择行为进行了研究。并以某企业为研究对象。首先通过对相关文献的阅读与整理，梳理了其中的理论基础并对供应链与机械制造行业供应商选择办法有了更深刻的理解。其次，以此为基础对某企业的供货商选择行为进行分析发现，由于操作不当，专业知识不强等原因而造成了企业供应商选择体系的缺失。取而代之的是经验选择等落后而风险过高的选择方式。最后，通过理论结合实践的方法找到可能的解决办法。并提出未来的研究展望。希望对机械制造企业今后供应商的选择机制的建立方面起到指导作用。
